Scope
LK Tech Studio operates lktechstudio.com, seatnote.app and lkshift.com. This notice covers the public websites and trial information for SeatNote and LKShift. Each product is subscribed to separately. Questions: lktechstudio@gmail.com.
Trials
14 days free. Card required. Your subscription renews monthly after the trial unless canceled before it ends. Your trial starts when Paddle confirms it. Paddle shows the first payment date before you confirm. Unless canceled before that date, the monthly price plus applicable tax is charged automatically.
Renewal and cancellation
Cancel renewal online through your billing portal. No email request is required. A paid subscription remains available until the end of its paid billing period.
Prices and tax
Prices exclude applicable taxes. Your billing address determines tax and any applicable regional pricing. Review the currency, tax and total in Paddle before confirming. Each product is a separate subscription. No annual commitment. SMS is not included.
Refunds
For billing errors or refund requests, contact support. Applicable consumer rights remain unchanged.
Payments
The subscription review page does not collect card details or create a subscription. Checkout is currently unavailable. When checkout is available, Paddle processes billing and payment information as merchant of record under its own privacy notice. We receive the subscription and transaction information needed to provide the purchased service; we do not receive full card numbers.
Using these websites
Do not misuse these websites, interfere with their operation or submit unlawful content. Product names, branding and images belong to their respective rights holders. Contact support for service questions and the restaurant directly for reservation changes. Applicable consumer rights remain unchanged.
